Terms & Conditions For Hajj

• Passport must be valid till 31st March 2018
• 6 Photographs light blue background 3x4cms
• 2 very clear copy of valid CNIC along with original CNIC for verification
• 1 copy of CNIC with Cell number of next of Kin
• Change in any Govt. duties & taxes or currency rates may bring change in package rates. Calculated Saudi Riyal is 1 SR=29.00 PKR
• Only one type of food to be served per meal
• 50% amount to be paid at the time of booking & remaining 50% amount to be paid at the time of filling of original Hajj applications forms. (All payments to be made in form of pay orders/DD only)
• Air ticket will be any airline with or without transit. Airfare up to PKR 110,000/ in inclusive in all the packages. Additional amount other than package price will be paid by the applicant/intending Haji incase airfare exceeds PKR 110,000/
• The number of days and airline seats cannot be changed after booking

• In case of cancellation refund will be calculated according to airline/hotel policy and subject to permission and availability of substitution by MoRA. However in some cases no refnd amount shall be possible
• Azizia buildings are of normal type in which Ladies & Gents to stay separately with 5-6 persons per room/bathroom on Gender sharing basis. No family room will be available for a family of even 6 person
• For packages “A-AA-BB” Hotel family room to be on double & triple basis. Singles to share on Triple basis
• Hajj guidance classes to be held InshaAllah before departure
• Any necessary changes in packages may occur without prior notice & approval
• Anything not mentioned herewith is not part of package
